Threadgrit
As the Lead Designer at Flag & Anthem, Threadgrit Brand, I oversaw a team of four including one Assistant Designer and two Technical Designers.
Collaborating with the Design Director and Product Manager we sourced plaids, wovens, cotton, wool and denim fabrics.
Each season I was responsible for coming up with concepts and building three deliveries. These concepts would come to life by building mood boards, pulling fabrics, creating color palettes, sketching new bodies, creating and passing off tech packs and conducting development fittings throughout the season.
