Anne Cole

As the Assistant Designer at InMocean Group I worked very closely with the Senior Designer on multiple brands including Anne Cole, Studio Anne Cole, Anne Cole Plus, Liz Claiborne and APT9.

During the development cycle I sketched technical flats by hand and in Adobe Illustrator, reviewed lap-dips and strike off’s, created tech packs in Backbone PLM and Adobe Illustrator, assisted patternmakers in fittings/assist sew room and patternmakers in garment creation and order fabrics when necessary.

The Senior Designer and I were responsible for working directly with the overseas factories to develop new fabrics, trims and embellishments as well as attending print meetings and building seasonal print stories. I also maintained an active role in all milestone meetings with buyers, showing each line in a cohesive and organized presentation.
