Reebok

As the Designer at Reebok I worked with a team of three to establish color and trend each season, including shopping the market, creating trend boards and sending out logo development/yarn research.

During the development cycle I sketched technical flats in Adobe Illustrator, created tech packs in Gerber PLM and reviewed prototypes through pre-production samples, looking for both design and spec consistency.

As the Designer I worked very closely with the cross-functional teams to create and release attribute charts with due dates for new program launches. I was also responsible for assisting the costing team in determining which vendor had the best quality and pricing. Design also presented samples to the Sales team, discussed pre and post market meetings and made changes based on buyer reviews/feedback.

My role also focused on organization of the samples in the office, making sure the team was able to access every proto of every style throughout the development process.
