Flag & Anthem
As the Senior Designer at Flag & Anthem I was responsible for managing workflow of two brands, delegating day-to-day & larger scale projects to Designer and Assistant Designers.
During the development cycle I sketched technical flats in Adobe Illustrator, reviewed lap-dips and strike off’s, created and updated work in progress charts, collaborated with the Technical Designer to ensure tech packs were meeting deadlines and being executed with correct specs. During this time I was also responsible for running fittings, providing fit comments and creating inspo/mood boards for Graphic and Print Designers.
The Creative Director and I were responsible for creating five deliveries a year which would include developing seasonal concepts, creating on-trend color palettes, sourcing quality fabrics, merchandising each delivery and presenting the line to internal and external buyers.
